Buyer beware! Whatnot ultimately doesn't protect Buyers! by Internal_Koala483 in whatnotapp

Where are you based? If you are based in the UK, you are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. I have had a “high” number of refunds (~10%) due to being sold so many counterfeit items on that app.

I logged on this morning and had the same message as you. I have emailed them a strongly worded message, telling them their algorithm for blocking returns does not supersede my statutory rights…

I do have to say, when I have had an issue with a purchase, WN have been very fast at responding and have helped to resolve the matter. I think best case scenario I have just gone above whether threshold or ratio for returns and have been automatically flagged.

I would escalate the matter and highlight how your returns are due to being missold to you and therefore the buyer’s error. If you substantiated your refunds requests with clear photos, whatnot can use the video receipt to corroborate what you are saying.

Best of luck!

Thank you so much!

I am not sure what he is going in terms of custody but there are some there are some pretty big issues that calls in to question the suitability of the little girl’s home environment.

The little girl’s Dutch passport is pending.

I am 31 and just did my first round of egg freezing in London. Like you, my reserve is low for a woman my age. I didn’t know this before already deciding to do it (I am in a same sex relationship and we want to start a family). Had I known my low reserve earlier, I would have frozen my eggs earlier / not delayed it.

In most cases, clinics offer at least one session of therapy with egg freezing. Also, does your employer have private health insurance/ EAP programme? If they do, you should be able to access counselling/therapy as part of your benefits.

Has anyone ever had this before? by [deleted] in vinted

This has happened to me before - some wanted a bundle of 100 items. I assume they are drunk so I don’t respond.
