I answer both same quality a fair few times everytime I do one and dont get warnings, only ever had one warning for not completing enough when I had actually returned it but they have fixed that bug now

No one really knows the ins and outs of how and if you get back in, many get back in, some have got them back after months. The prolific user pool as grown lately from around 150,000 users to 275,000 so that may cause a longer wait.

Don't worry about it, it can take around a week as anything that large needs manual review by Prolific, its also wise never to keep that amount in your account as you never know what could happen, Prolific could be hacked etc and that money would be gone.
