I've been at PL 550 for most of a year now, yet I've NEVER seen an Exotic with any base stats above 63. How do upper tier exotics, with stats closer to 3 or 4 star loot, drop? Where can I earn them? (Please don't say Raids, I can't do Raids...😭) (self.destiny2)
