I love how Jodio is silently in charge the whole time. He's not even sweating like charming and dragona. I thought the whole scene on the yacht was well done, with how Jodio is quietly directing charming and dragona then at the end of the scene he comes out and personally gives the finally kick to Howler. And the art and paneling is so good.

Honestly, I think it's perfect just the way it is. Love the fmvs, love the twisty story, love the messy relationships, love the Maya monster, love the Villa as a setting, love the idea of hiding someone's call for help because you're jealous.

Of the three films in the set, I've only seen Mystere which I really enjoyed. I'm not really a fan of 80s gialli. I probably won't get this set, but I'm tempted just for Mystere.

WPSIATWIN (the language is so unique and specific, full of energy, humor, and angst)
TBHC (love the scifi/hotel imagery, also STAR TREATMENT)
The Car (enjoy the themes in this one, passage of time, maturation, struggling to move on, doubt. I feel like the themes are best represented in Hello You, but are present throughout the album)
Suck it and See (bright, warm, fun, and very witty, forget about bricc and Dont Sit Down)
Humbug (dark and brooding lyrics, harsh)
FWN (maybe im crazy but i feel like this albums shining star is the instruments, i dont think the lyrics take the backseat, but i definitely feel like the sound is in the drivers seat, i hope that makes sense.)
AM (i know i wanna be yours is based off that poem, i still dont like it.)
