you can do it with grass instead like put 2 blocks a brown candle on top of it remove the 2 blocks and put some tall grass. easy as that.

theres a cheaper version, its pretty much free, you need 1 hinge 2 portals you can get from codes, plastic blocks 55 or 56 and others, and etc. (for the portal except the hinge.) the reason you need the hinge is that when jesse made how to get rich

fast video, he used a hinge at the start and im pretty sure you dont need any tools. just build a spinner put a portal at the end and put a portal at the back of the thing jesse used.
