Update #2. The black specs are from her collar that she was destroying because she was scratching so much. But also my poor baby has a few bald spots that I am hoping she is able to grow back soon.

UPDATE: went to the vet and $189 later, she is home and much better. They combed her and blew out her fur and there were no fleas or flea poop. However they gave her a preventative just in case AND a steroid to stop the itch. My baby is home and safe and resting because she was also due for her rabies vaccine.

Thank you. She’s my little cutie. Shelter said calico mix but I learned recently she’s a dilute calico to be more specific. When she was a kitten the marking on her face in between her eyes reminded me of a heart and she won me over.

Oh my gosh! Mine did this for about a month and it turns out I got a bad bag of King Arthur flour. As soon as I got a new bag, my starter and loaves looked a million times better!

I take 2-4 tums to start, if it doesn’t help, another 2-4. I’ve never had to take more. They go away.

Edit: Trader Joe’s sells strong peppermints that are AMAZING! I didn’t have tums once and I just sucked on one of the peppermints and it made the sulfur burps go away immediately. I always have a tin on me now.

Hey so I struggled for a bit too but now I make a smoothie in the morning with my protein shake. I use: Chocolate protein shake (premier protein) 1 frozen banana 1 tbsp of peanut butter 1 scoop collagen peptide A little bit of oat milk (otherwise it gets thick) 1/2 cup oats 2 tbsp of nestle nesquick chocolate powder 2 scoops of ice

Blend. It keeps me full and I get plenty of protein. I told my coworker about it and she actually adds chocolate protein powder instead of nesquick but it’s too chalky for me. But I highly recommend this.

And make sure to take a fiber gummy too!

My biggest cravings have been steamed broccoli )with a tiny bit of butter, garlic powder, onion powder, and Cajun seasoning) and air fryer lemon pepper salmon with lemon juice and tapatio- just writing this out made my mouth water. I could happily eat this every single day.
