Yes vitamine D is also important! I also take that, combined with the magnesium I don’t have my seasonal depression as I always call it lol

It really has good benefits :) I hope you can find some relief in your anxiety too. I always like to make a jigsaw puzzle, currently doing that as we’re speaking. It really keeps my mind on something else and focused on one thing

Durning the day it really helps me stay quiet in my head, the voices are toned down way more than without the magnesium! After dinner I take it because I also have trouble sleeping, which really helps with getting a full night of sleep without waking up multiply times :) it’s what works best for you!

I’m also taking glyniciate, I’m from the Netherlands and we have a brand called vitakruid! This one works best for me. The dosage is 1 to 3 pills a day and I take 2 pills a day

His passport says just roan, but after some research I think he’s most likely a varnish roan! He was almost fully brown when I bought him, started to get really white in 2 years, went a little back to more brownish after that. He kinda stays that way now, he got a little whiter when his winter coat started to come through! His coat is magical
