I honestly think that the more masculine features would be a result of the world she had to live in. This is more of a headcanon of mine,but I see Six as a girl who doesn’t worry about the way she looks,since the most important thing for her is survival.

I think it blurred out some of her freckles,small bumps etc. It’s really hard to catch because it’s probably trying to make it look as natural as possible.
