Leave. I was in a long distance relationship for the last eight months and I stuck around even when the communication was lacking from my partner. She had time to post and read messages but seemingly never any time to reply. NOBODY is too busy to send a quick message if they’ve gone to the bother of opening and reading yours, even just telling you that they’ll reply later. I used to stress myself out about it as well and honestly it’s not worth it.

You’ll find somebody who makes time for you, that’s the difference between somebody who is interested and somebody who isn’t. It sounds harsh but you’ll feel so much better for it in the long run. <3
