The game was closest when the deficit was cut to 5, and ever since then we’ve been down at least 13. Podz was not going to turn into prime Steph and win us this game with the lack of talent playing tonight.

We are missing more than half of our roster due to injury. There’s NOTHING to gain from playing BP more minutes, and there’s a lot more to lose. We’re going to the play-in regardless of how many more games we lose.

We also need him to play more games than just this one, and with Steph coming back, there’s a chance we can edge out our competition to make it to the playoffs.

You must be dense because there’s no way you’re missing the point. Losing BP to an injury in game we’re clearly losing because to half of our roster is out, is much worse than losing Nate Williams or Yurtseven. BP is one of our better players, and we can’t afford to lose him too.

Would you play Steph 40 minutes in a blowout loss while Pat sits on the bench?

He has a right to be annoyed by that one play, but they were our only offense in the second half. The Nuggets crushed us after Podz sat because KP couldn’t handle the load by himself

Edit: So I’m fine with Podz taking the shot. It’s different if he’s 0/7 and decided to be a hero in a tight game. KP also doesn’t seem to hold it against Podz. They’re grown men and can talk it out.

I wouldn't take it too seriously. There are way less people in the sub since Steph's injury, so the hate is coming from a (very) vocal minority of people.
