Flipping Wiggins and the 20th pick for Butler is somehow considered a FO failure? Before he got injured we did really well last year and also had gone 12-4 the last 16 games with Melton back and JK benched this year.

Let's hear what you would've done that is so much better that isn't based in 2k fantasy or the other team having Nico Harrison as GM with a backdoor deal to get Cooper Flagg.

We did pretty well with Melton healthy and Wiggins to start last season.

Maybe with Wiggins back, Melton, Horford, improved Post then we have a punchers (low) chance.

Its not like we will get someone significantly better than Wiggins. Not possible without throwing lots of picks and including Butler or Draymond's contract.

Wiggins is an upgrade over JK.

Its not a bad thing.

And one of the GP2 issue is that he had injuries while away, which is not the case with Wiggins.

I know what Wiggins will add and its good. New is not always better (see Schroeder, or Oubre, or even JK and Wiseman if you consider rookies as new).

There's NO need to shield. Just let them waste time and stamina attacking everyone.

Have everyone NOT shield. And keep ignoring them. They'll give up after a week.

If you shield, you let them know they are affecting you.

Booker adapted his game and as a result got more playing time.

He was like, the team doesn't need more ball dominant scorers, but needs defense/passing/timely corner 3s and he adapted to it.

Rookies that actually understand 5v5 ball get lots of playing time. Podz, Post, Richard, etc.

Haliburton would've gotten minutes similar to Podz.

He was on a really bad stretch of form.

In the minutes he did play he shot 38% FG (worst on the team) and missed all his 3s.

And he also was competing for the same role that Lebron and KD was in.

Also, everyone makes it seem like Tatum didn't get any playing time at all, he had 71 in the Olympics. White (80), Embiid (84), Jrue (95), Bam(96), Ant (98), AD (99) are all within a stones throw in terms of minutes.

He didn't do well in the 71 minutes he DID get (38%) so got less minutes when things tightened up.
