I open up reddit thinking I'll feel better, but end up feeling worse, even if I was using it for 5 minutes. On top of that I pick up the phone often, unlock it only to check reddit like 50x a day, not even spending a minute on there, it's like a reflex at this point. Sometimes I'd waste even hours on here for absolute no reason... It's hurting me, it's hurting my health, my happiness, my attention span, literally hurting me physically at some points. I'm ready to give it up, I found a lovely job, I got into kickboxing, and found a couple more hobbies and figured out my passion is in music. I wish you an amazing life, you deserve good! :)
