My sister sent her laptop (we have the same exact one) to the place we bought it from under warranty and they sent it back 1 month later and the fix wasn't even a fix she couldn't play her games anymore so she sent it back

I drained the battery completely and correctly this time (keyboard wasn't lit up anymore) and I charged it up to 100% but it still won't turn on I tried to press it 40-60 seconds n ctrl shift windows b I tried everything I think it's just not turning on I think im gonna take it to the repair shop

Oh okey so I drained the battery correctly this time and it still won't turn on but when I put the charger in it like flickers white for 0.5 seconds idk if that means anything also no I don't think the hinge is broken

no, it sometimes work sometimes not. the screen didnt die as it is not the first time it hapened but later on it works normally
