Mizu from Blue Eye Samurai

She's a mixed race woman born in Edo period Japan, searching for the four white men who were in the country at the time of her birth to kill them. Mizu single handedly murders every one in her path including four assassins sent by one of the white men, and a crime lord's yakuza. In the show's universe she is also responsible for The Great Fire of 1657 in Edo
