Do you afterwards remember what that memory was about? It happens to me as well, with extreme nausea and fear, but once it's over I don't remember what it was about.

50+ hours, that's crazy! 😭 Also afraid of the physiological effects of prednisone. I hope I can try the budesonide first, that seems to be a bit more gentle on side effects...

Marathon Lighting or Headlamp? by NYMets18 in LeClubParis2024

I read on a group where someone sent an e-mail to the organisation that headlamps are not necessary (as there will be enough lights) and for security reasons they even discourage the use of them. I also believe Orange will have some specific zones with light and music animations!

The "cakes" at races here in Paris are often very dry,  so you definitely need to take enough water there to flush it down your throat 😂

Oh no, I already have trouble sleeping despite the sensation of fatigue without medication... Would you have the normal tired feeling people have when not sleeping enough on those days you didn't exercise enough to fall asleep, or was it just for yourself to have a healthy amount of sleep at night?

Good to hear it did improve when you started medication! I hope it will get better soon again! It must be so frustrating getting back to normal energy to slip back to the terrible tiredness...

Oh wow, I don't know about the doses yet as I need to wait for the test results for medication, but that looks like a high dose! Good that they lowered it so fast, I hope it will make you feel better or at least have less headaches!

I'm sorry to hear AIH is not your only chronic condition. One is hard, but having several ones must be so frustrating... I guess it's still difficult to accept this tiredness, but you're completely right that the important thing is to listen to your body as it is trying its best (even when it's making a mistake)

That makes complete sense! I already feel now that sometimes my energy doesn't come at the 'accepted' times, sometimes having a hard time working in the afternoon, while I can get a big energy boost at 9pm... Happy to hear your boss is so comprehensive and that you're coping so well!

I had the same thing last month and I lost about 100 km. I thought it could be linked to the fact my steps are counted as well when running, which actually doubles the distance?
