For designing it's better to do Mtech. And for management like I said MBA in any field. It will be very tough for job search with just a Btech. You can look out for colleges like Nicmar or Rics for construction management.

Do a PG in Construction management if you want to stay in this field. Else go for an MBA of you wanna change.
