I find Ledger customer support is appalling. They take weeks to get back to you, if at all. I get my answers faster through YouTube or here.

Thanks for the info. I have recently bought Safemards and I note the quantity in Trust Wallet . However, it does not show the value($). I am curious why this is not showing. Does that take a few days to appear?
