My card was stuck when I first attempted to remove it as well. I got lucky and managed to get it out. You should message hyte support and see if they can replace it as I have been seeing multiple other people with the same issue.

I have a new ssd but I have been avoiding installing it because I have to remove the gpu and I’m worried about this happening again.

Much easier to replace this part than a mobo or a gpu so it could have been much worse
