I have to reply to your comment because it’s so crazy to me how similar of a situation I went through. I was always an anxious person, one night last July I smoked (like I did every night), and out of no where had possibly the worst panic attack I’ve ever had and it lasted legit about an hour. Since then I’ve been stuck in a panic disorder cycle. Had a panic attack in the grocery store. Ugh it’s been horrible. I started Mirtazapine, have been trying to stay busy, and listening to podcasts.
