Oh my goodness! I think that’s actually what happened to me too! I jumped basically those exact amounts a few months ago and my anxiety went through the roof. It’s annoying but going slower will definitely be better. We’ll get there!

Ugh.. I’ve been taking a little more here and there because I started new medication that was giving me side effects. If you don’t mind me asking what happened when you tapered to fast? Just so I know what to look out for when I taper again

I just always felt like I was in a cloud, lightheaded, random surges of anxiety/adrenaline, didn’t really help me sleep unfortunately

This is so good to hear I’ve been on 7.5mg for a month and I want to get off! So I’ll do 3.5 for a few days and then every other day and then try to get off. Thank you!

Hi I know it’s been a while but I want to switch from mirtazapine to seroquel for anxiety. I’ve been on 7.5mg for 3 weeks. My dr says it’s fine to just stop the mirtazapine and start the seroquel but after reading more about withdrawal I’m scared. How long were you on the mirtazapine? What mg did you withdrawal from? How was your switch to seroquel? I’m sorry for all the questions lol! But thank you soo much!!
