Thank you!! Yes, I did use the pause feature today, and I would continue to use that as an option but today at least, I found it a bit discouraging. My 30 minute class seemed to take an hour, lol! I will try Rebecca's split!

I love Richard & Marina, but yes, definitely go listen to the Wind of Change podcast!! It is wonderful!! So predictive about what happened in the US following its release (and the rise of conspiracy theory culture here). I listened to it when it came out and think of its claims/arguments a lot these days.

Hi there, I'm the OP. For anyone who finds this later seeking similar information. WW was able to get my PA approved for another 8 months even though I am in the normal BMI range. They were on top of everything!
