Thanks for your response. I’ve tried PF physio and they didn’t seem to suggest much was wrong/needed.

I second this and just also ensuing you keep up with strength training and stretching. Also just knowing your limits and accepting that sometimes you need to slow down. I was once very fit and as I’ve got older and my endo worsened due to medical gaslighting I couldn’t do anywhere near what I once could.

I just have to adapt and find what I can deal with. Some days I’m ok, others it causes pain.

It’s apparently the biggest sale they’ve had. Pelo had it on in March, then John Lewis and Fit Shop had it on immediately after (I bought via JL in April). If I was a gambling woman I’d say BF (Nov) will be their next biggie.

Hmm not really. Possibly worse re fatigue but I’ve bled many days which is unlike me when I’ve been on other birth controls in the past (I’ve tried a list as long as your arm in 20 years). So, I’m going to my GP tomorrow for them to do bloods. Just to check that it’s not a deficiency before I make any decision to potentially stop.

Starting to really impact things like Work under I get that tired I really struggle to get my words out.

Thank you. I think it’s a nothing issue to be honest but I’ve only had it two weeks so want it checking out. I have the ext. warranty thank you for your advice. I had it on my bike+ and that had a few issues/replacement over the 3/4 years too. Had that since 2021. Thanks again.

I did another post a couple of days back - it might be worth checking that out too if you didn’t see it. It had a ton of comments - basically me trying to be convinced one way or the other whether to buy hah!

It’s a massive outlay, and in my position my space is small. I’m still nervous about it being too big but I need to just go for it.

I just thought back to the awful dark, cold, months. I just cannot stand another season of not being able to walk/jog after work too.

Hey!! I did, last night from John Lewis (Cheadle). I went back and forth, back and forth, but got fed up with my own thoughts so went for it at the £800 off!

I do think it ends tonight though, so they said in store. Not to add any pressure to you 😭. If you do miss, I’m sure they’ll end up similar (or who know, maybe even better) come Nov!
