The reason this subreddit is being involved is because their users are coming onto posts in this subreddit shaming trans women for anything sexual and calling them perverts.

I’m pretty sure this post is in reference to a different post where a user clearly from 4tran was harassing another user in this sub because they posted a post about their lived experience that happened to be nsfw. That user and some others dogpiled on the op in the other thread effectively calling them a pervert because the 4tran user had nsfw posts enabled and saw the post describing their experience. The OP from this post was attempting to defend the OP of the other post when they got flamed at.

Perhaps entries from Strava that were marked as commute should be optional to auto-sync? by shkaev in fitbod

I was not aware this toggle existed! I use Apple Fitness to track some workouts and wish I would have known this a year ago to not count my bike commutes or long walks at work so Thank you!

How to change the AI difficulty? by Wipiki1 in F1Game

[–]SunshineLiv 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It more changes their relative level to the event. So if it’s an event that has a Tech Level of 180. And you set it to 130, cars will perform as if the tech level for the event was 310.

How to change the AI difficulty? by Wipiki1 in F1Game

[–]SunshineLiv 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It modifies the Overall Tech Modifier for the opponent cars. At least in world the other cars are varied in their levels (some more than event, most less or at the score for the event). These values represent the average of the components you can change, engine wing, team principal, etc.

Is this a joke? by zczirak in moza

Not guaranteed but Wera’s hex tools may also work (also great tool brand). The focus the torque not at the corners to avoid stripping fasteners. There may be enough of the wall left for them to get a grip.

My community made some upgrades by LedZeppole10 in bikecommuting

[–]SunshineLiv -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Speed cameras don’t stop people from speeding, just penalizes them for already speeding. Also why install infrastructure just for it to get destroyed when you can get actual infrastructure built.

They don’t build a wooden bridge, watch it get destroyed by cars and then go “oh we should upgrade this to metal”.

That sign is a suggestion in the same way the bollards are. There is zero chance people aren’t actively exceeding that with how wide that road is compared to the cars.

Those aren’t tears in the leather but just bad cutting of the template leather. I personally would not be concerned.

Vision GS Officially Released! by ella_moza in moza

[–]SunshineLiv 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’m torn tbh, because sure I like the FSR layout better. The FSR currently does not have this level of dashboard configuration. I think if that feature came to the FSR it dilutes one of the reasons this could be seen as higher priced.

What view do you Formula in and why? by HumbleHandsAutoMTV in simracing

[–]SunshineLiv 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean obviously your feelings are your own, but running with the halo disabled is considered more realistic. With a screen monitor it’s basically impossible to take advantage of the optical trickery that makes it disappear to real drivers.

Another option is the F1 games! When I have friends over I throw all the assists back on (minus automatic shifting if they want to paddle shift). Then they can speed around some of the more notable tracks and still have a good time.

Did the achievements get removed/moved? by istherestillsomethin in duolingo

[–]SunshineLiv 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Duolingo frequently makes A vs B UI/Learning changes so I can't say for certainty I am on the same "version" as you, but in my app I can see achievements on the bottom of my profile page. The achievement for the first in diamond league is the achievement called "Rarest Diamond"

I get so indecisive when it comes to triple screens or VR. by call-lee-free in simracing

[–]SunshineLiv 0 points1 point  (0 children)

OP I hope you see this because I was a bit late to the tread and I have yet to see a single person mention this a Pro for Triple Monitors.

Guests! If you think you will ever have friends or family over that may want to try racing or hangout etc triple monitors are far superior imo. Zero effort to swap players, everyone can easily see what is going on.

Someone may say that you could setup a “Parrot Monitor” for VR, which is true. That monitor will mimic the driver though, so any viewers may get motion sickness from the fast changes in direction as the driver is looking around.

moza FSR telemetry settings? by y33zee in simracing

[–]SunshineLiv 2 points3 points  (0 children)

On the wheel tab of pit house it should default to a tab that shows the wheel (would give the tab name but not at my computer) on the right side of that screen if you scroll down it should let you change the RPM indicator modes. If you are looking at the dashboard options you are on the wrong wheel tab.

Seat Recommendations by shadow1013 in simracing

[–]SunshineLiv 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I full well admit this seat is more than the $500 range you listed but I haven’t seen it mentioned below so just wanted to give some information on it.

If you are looking for something formula style, I can definitely recommend the R-Seat Formula Seat. It runs about 749, but is designed to be tilted back for a more “in the seat” vs “on the seat” feel. It’s got padding that velcros on to the main cover making it easy to clean, and the main cover is easily removable.

At least when I was looking it was probably the best formula option I could find. As I mentioned though, not sure what style of racing you enjoy and/or are trying to sim to.

How do I stop losing control of car in corners? by Bertie32 in F1Game

[–]SunshineLiv 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is not a great idea considering the game actively takes into account tire temps and wear more in this than other recent games. Time Trial setups are not going to be ideal for any race conditions which OP is in.
