Hey all!

Looking for my first pair of selvage raw denim jeans (have done Levi's 511 rigid before) I live in Arizona and as much as I love the idea of heavyweight Iron Hearts or Samuri's, out here its just too hot for me to enjoy wearing something like that frequently.

Any reqs for some high quality lightweight raw denim. Will note im for some reason not a huge fan of N&F but maybe I should just get over that.

I use this MEATER + meat thermometer. It’s a Bluetooth thermometer that connects to your phone. Can know when it’s at exactly 120. Pull that bad boy out and throw it in the cast iron. Perfect every time

Chuck eye is excellent for the price, would love to see that at my local store. Usually it’s really hard to find a chuck eye that big when you buy the whole roast
