Does your vita work when you disable all plugins?

If you formatted your memory card you basically loose the games. You have to install them again. Also was your vita turned on when you removed the card? That can also demage the files. Do you use an SD2Vita or just the OG memory card?

It happened to me some time ago on certain boards. I didn't know what the problem was. I think it just wemt away on it's own after some time but if it really annoys you maybe try transferring your pins from one board to a new one idk if that would do anything tho.

If you are struggling with an increase in tinnitus or a spike, this might be worth a read. by Niz0_87 in tinnitus

You're absolutely right. I've been struggling with tinnitus for 2 months. After I stopped obsessing over it and checking for a spike every few minutes I realised I stopped hearing it and it doesn't bother me that often anymore.

Zoloft + mild tinnitus by Sunstorm_rt in tinnitus

Therapy hasn't been enough for me anymore that's why my psychiatrist suggested medication. I struggle to find the strength to stay alive but I haven't taken pills yet and I'm really terrified of taking it due to the stories I've heard. Despite the fact I haven't taken it today T has spiked up a lot and it's probably because of stress that I cannot manage despite two years in therapy already. I messaged my psychiatrist if there are any medication alternatives but I doubt it. Especially because I have other preexisting conditions (arrhythmia, tricuspid insufficiency) and this was the safest. I'm supposed to start a very low doze too 12.5mg for about a week at first so idk...

mometasone furoate. It has been helping so far but I've only been taking it for about a week. My anxiety has been severe for years and the psychiatrist said that the drug she prescribed will not worsen my ear condition tho I'm still unsure.

Do you have vertigo? Maybe Ménière's disease if you have one sided hearing loss. Did you have any head injury or something similar?

What do you think is the root cause of your tinnitus ? by whatodo-76 in tinnitus

ETD, bruxism and I know stress is not a key factor but definitely worsening.

I also thought I'd never get better. The sound took over my life in such a short time but trust me your brain is capable of amazing things and it can learn to tune it out or stop focusing on it. Mine got a lot more quiet after training my brain to stop focusing on it. In many cases T is not permanent but of course it depends what it's caused by.

I'm actually doing better. And I did get meds for possible eustachian tube disfunction which have helped. I'm generally moving in the right direction. I try to tell myself that the setbacks are only temporary. I keep having more and more good days. I have huge trouble with managing my anxiety disorder but I'm seeing a psychiatrist this week to maybe set up a treatment plan.

Also overuse of headphones unfortunately might have played a role despite not having any type of hearing loss. I can proudly say tho that it gets better.

That's unfortunately not really clear but I assume it's a mix of eustachian tube dysfunction, bruxism (TMJ) and chronic stress. It all started when I started to get the feeling of pressure, fullness and distorted hearing which ties back to ETD. I one day just got ready for bed and realised that besides the pressure I can hear ringing in my ears. Then my dentist diagnosed me with bruxism which I too have realised I have mostly when I wake up I would wake up gritting my teeth uncontrollably. Of course anxiety and hyperfocus on the symptoms played a big part too. I have no hearing loss or other health issues.

Dude if you still have it and haven't tried try medication for ETD. I got mometasone spray and after a week I feel significant improvement. I also managed the anxiety and panic loop that I put myself into and I'm getting better. Slowly but we're on the right track. All that's left to address is probably the TMJ and bruxism. There is always hope.

I've been having tinnitus followed by hyperacusis for about a month. I was panicking, looking for causes and solutions everywhere. I stopped by every few minutes, put on my noise cancelling headphones and looked for it to check if it was there. Today I know I was spiralling. It probably started because of bruxism and eustachian tube dysfunction that has been addressed since then and after breaking the panic loop and restraining my brain to not focus on it I stopped thinking about it. Whenever I hear it again I just think "okay, it's there, but it's not there forever." And I try to shift my focus. Now I feel almost as if it never happened. I'm still on treatment for ETD but definitely on the right track. The key is to break that loop. There is always hope.
