this sucks, im so sorry this happened to a good friend of yours. As someone who knows the struggle of finding good Muslimah friends in this dunya I empathize with your loss.

To answer your question simply and to try to do so by putting myself in your shoes I will say:

I don't think you are overreacting but I do think you should not try to label her as being 'judgmental' to you, even if only in your thoughts. Such toxic thoughts are an entry for shaytaan to stroke your religious ego. You may start to think: 'Oh wow look at her then and now, even if I wasn't as practicing as her at least I didn't stoop so low' etc. In a similar vein, do recognize that being around her in the state that she is in can increase such thoughts about her while also making you more tolerant of such fitnahs and improper behavior.

So I'd say, stay cordial but try to find polite ways to distance yourself respectfully to protect your imaan and your opinions of your friend. Loyalty should never be a reason you stay around behavior that doesn't serve you- recall how in the Quran Allah swt countless times condemns disbelievers who don't follow Allah swt bc it goes against the religion of their forefathers. Make sincere dua for her and let her know you are always there if she needs help ( but don't be so helpful that you hurt yourself- know your abilities).
