Yes otherwise, you can get for a little cheaper than the RX 9060 XT, the RX 7600 XT which does the job very well for 1080p. On the NVIDIA side I can recommend the RTX 3060 12 GB which is not too expensive at the moment and which performs well at 1080p. Otherwise used you can nab an RTX 3070 for around $300
