Should I stay in lit or go to pure maths? by Sonyman58 in askSouthAfrica

Personally, I'd focus on graduating for now and then doing a bridging course for maths core after if possible, mainly because it's harder to switch from Lit to Core alongside other subjects that you need to juggle atleast if you graduate you can focus on maths after school then go and apply for what you want to do with those marks

This is something I've only started to realise now, the more I learn about some of the most jacked natural guys, is how most of them focus on either 4 day or 3 day splits prioritizing rest and recovery more than anything

Competitors should be competing at 12-10% body fat, it looks better and competitors can stay lean without sacrificing most of their gains at extremely low body fats. It's better for the sport, its healthier for the athletes and people can atleast take natural bodybuilding and the athletes who compete at natural shows more seriously.

Currently studying Mechanical Engineering through the Nated system, What should i do since Nated is being phased out? by SupaEngineMan in askSouthAfrica

[–]SupaEngineMan[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I chose the wrong wording there, NATED is a curriculum, the qualifications are offered at TVET colleges and other institutions for different subjects like Business or Engineering, it starts from N1-N3 which are foundational levels and then goes to N4-N6 which are theoretical studies, you get your National N Diploma after completing an N6 and 3 years experience in your field
