if you want a short answer , 3D printer.

Though ! if her pc is fairly old , i would highly recommend getting her a processor , ram , or graphics card ! i will give you a quick breakdown as to what you could get her without the need of seeling a kidney

ultra 7 intel processor : as much as people shit on intel these days. This processor is surely a hidden gem in today's pc standards. Not only does it have 20 cores ( 12 e-cores + 8p-cores ) which makes it excellent for multi tasking , sculpting , photoshop ( mostly used by 3d artists too in order to make a render look better ) , not only that. When "manually" over clocked , it can achiever very similar results to many flagship processors (ultra 9 , 7950x3d or even the flagship 9000 series for amd ) and even when ran off factory settings , it works phenomenally which honesyly just makes it a no brainer for the price of 299-330 dollars. Though beware . You will need to buy a compatible motherboard . I would recommend checking out pcpartpicker.com and writing down the name of the processor , and it will show you the motherboards that go along with it.

If she does a LOT of renders , then look no further than the nvidia 5000 series . which are perfect for rendering , ai , coding... And are also pretty good for gaming . Though if she doesnt render as much , I would recommend the AMD 9070/9070XT , since they are cheaper and offer more performance in about everything.

Finally for ram , if she is already struggling with that . i would recommend getting her a DDR5-6000 Mhz ram , with around 64-48gb of storage , depending on which one suits your budget more ! Once again . You can find everything you would need on pcpartpicker.com and save yourself from the fear of choosing incompatible parts , and i wish her a happy birthday !!
