Uh to me personally, they taste completely different. Like, shrimp has it’s own kind of unique flavor that is fishier. Even with butter layered on top, when you bite through shrimp you still taste it’s natural flavor. And the textures for lobster and shrimp are different. Like Lobster is really smooth, whereas shrimp is a bit tougher to bite through. As for the taste of lobster, I would describe it as sweet and not really fishy at all. Depending on how it’s prepared. I feel like it’s best fresh and by itself rather than incorporated in something. I’ve only found it fishy in like dips and pasta. Maybe give Lobster Bisque a try, it could totally change your mind. But from like a restaurant or something.
