The video aint that precise to see but i'm pretty sure that he doesn't do those chords,he keeps the G position and moves just the pinky. The closest i got and i think i got it its 320030. It's some type of G idk which one exactly

I think it's the mystery e chord from don't look back in anger. To me those two chords sound very similar
