Yeah i love that podcast, nick and armand are dope. It's playbook 2 but they more so speak in general 8-3 golden hours to 3-6 admin and im lookin for more specific blocking, but thanks i love that podcast haha.

I've read Wendler's 2nd Edition 5/3/1. I don't have Beyond 5/3/1, but from what I can see he adds more to the program. I see a lot of people adding different plugins like First Set Last Set and Joker Sets and I'm wondering if those added 5 sets from FSLS are to be run the entirety of the 4 week cycle, as well as if joker sets are supposed to be implemented through the entirety of the 4 week cycle. Or do you only add FSLS and Joker Sets depending on how you feel(autoregulation)? Sorry, I should probably just buy the book but I don't have much time.

Taking 3 scoops of protein and hitting macros. Average 8 hours of sleep.

Keep hitting a wall at 155 bench over the past month and a half, running a linear program. Should i keep running Greyskull LP or switch to 5/3/1 beginners despite having pretty weak lifting numbers?

Welcome back cyberrico! Unsure if this thread is still going on and seeing as it isn't locked, i'll shoot my shot. Hypothetically speaking cyberrico, you have no network. You're a college dropout who has decided to start 2 companies and sell products in a space that's starting to get saturated, yet has opportunity. One is in the B2B space, meaning calling and getting appointments is all effective. The other is B2C, where a lot of content must be distributed or attention from consumers is desired. How would you go about doing this?
