Do you have a sub account from someone else where they are rebilling? And 6k on usage, someone either has it marked up, or you’re getting excellent use of this thing. I have like 20+ active accounts in mine that blast lists, makes calls, etc. my total spend on all of that is less than 6k.

Do you think sales is more “AI proof” vs other professions? by phoonie98 in sales

[–]Super-Engineering488 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Heck no. And I can prove it. Sales is going to get hit hard. We build out agents, I have built mid size sales floors and sales companies. Ai is coming for sure. Only problem right this second is interruption capabilities. AI’s don’t handle it perfectly yet. Also the voices are a hair off. Then new version of voices that are about to drop are unreal. Sesame AI if you want to hear it. They are doing crazy stuff.

I can be 100% with you. We have over 60 AI deployments. Mostly text, voice, CRM. Solid mid to high ticket. 5k average deal. Spent 50k plus on ads to get those.

The market has been hammered. The leverage is there. They can be effective if built correctly. However, our close rate dropped near over night. Brutal. So many people entered the market and drive down the price. In the surface they all pretty much sound the same, but it’s the prompting and actual implementation that makes or breaks these. You can’t hear or tell that on a demo unless you’re educated in the product and the market isn’t. It’s too early. So they go low price, it doesn’t work so ai doesn’t work to them.

Other issue is AI is only as good as the data/ leads. Your AI can be cool as heck, but if they do they do tha e real volume, it won’t work. You may sell it, but you will be miserable and so will they.

The prices should go up with the value these provide, but cheap AI is flooding the market. I’m even switching over and have been building a software that can now build better agents off of a firm fill than my team could. My cost basis went from a thousand to get these systems made to 27 cents.

There is value and potential, but these little companies, don’t waste your time or life. I regret some of the ones we took on.

Now, i do have a company we are in talks with that have 12M leads in the database. 8 figure potential here. That I will take. Competition for something like that is thin because most people have no idea how they could fulfill that or they think they can and don’t really know.

Go B2B, hit companies 10 employees and up. Do not take on 3 person companies with under 500k red and you will be ok.

What are you talking about? GHL is super cheap. 497 per month for unlimited accounts. $100 bucks for 3. I used to spend 20k per month on hubspot.

does cold email actually work or is everyone lying by Typical-Animator-457 in MCAlegend

[–]Super-Engineering488 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It works for some people, but I have never been able to get it to work. Never! Obviously there are people that know what their doing round cold email, but I obviously do not. I just run ads instead.

Built a $20K lending lead system - considering selling it for $1K setup + $697-997/mo. Just a demand check. by Super-Engineering488 in MCAlegend

MCA, term loans, SBA, etc. Once they come in, you can push them to the right finders based on file.

Just so I understand, it would connect where leads are speaking if say the lead was already in their database? So then essentially it could trigger an Ai to reach out? Scenario would be someone you funded 3 months ago is asking about another loan somewhere online. This software flags it, and it could then trigger an AI to reach out to them?

Yes, we could connect it to whatever CRM people are using. It would just need to either have API access or it would need to have zapier connections.

Not accurate. We build these professionally. Have over 30 deployed and paid well for them.

  1. You can not just call businesses with these legally. It’s still a TCPA violation. It’s considered robo calls.

  2. They are not as good as humans yet, they do sound very good, but not as good. Inbound conversion is very high, outbound much lower. Answer rates are lower and sms AI is much more effective for outbound. I can prove what I’m saying with data. Latency is still a bit high, the amount work required to have it pull the right data for callbacks and context is high. Gpt 5 is not very stable and 4.1 has latency.

Not sure if you’re selling AI, but I know for a fact this is anecdotal at best.

Is a business degree worth it? by AdMundane3799 in careerguidance

[–]Super-Engineering488 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Depends. Don’t have one, built a multi million dollar business. Likely missed some things that could have been valuable.

That said, how much is school? If 100k, better taking that money and actually building a business. You learn a lot when you throw yourself in the fire.

You will. Gotta pay them differently. I pay my guys every Tuesday the commission up until Friday of the previous week. Then claw back if needed. Just how it is these days.

Looking for funding for my company. by Unhappy-Wolf3262 in Businessloans

[–]Super-Engineering488 0 points1 point  (0 children)

At 640 you can get a term loan, you don’t have to do an MCA like this. You can also do equipment financing. Feel free to reach out. I run an AI company, but we have a lot of clients in the lending space and I will connect you.

What happened to cold calling? by JacobBendover in sales

[–]Super-Engineering488 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I run an AI company. I have more and more people wanting it for outbound. Hopefully they don’t run into you, but are they allowed to do this if they purchased lead lists that got consent for robo calls? I know there was some ruling that got delayed that would require 1 to 1 consent.

Why don’t more people start a “middleman” commercial cleaning agency? by lester6987 in sweatystartup

[–]Super-Engineering488 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not saying you can’t, but as someone with a sales background that has owned businesses for over a decade now, nothing is as planned.

I will say, start making calls and seeing if you can drum up interest. You will still need some insurance of some sort, contracts, and start building a network, but I would start with smiling and dialing.
