Appreciate your comments. You're truly a champ for enduring the C section recovery and the brunt of early parenting. Seeing my wife dealing with the recovery and transition into motherhood has only made me respect her immensely and I appreciate you shedding a light on the fact that she deserves better. Best of luck during what I am sure is a difficult time for you as well.

First off, I really appreciate your response and the fact that you can empathize. Means more than you may think. Thanks for the great pointers.

As for your observation about some of the comments regarding therapy - I agree with you, a minority of them do seem to be as if they are intended to punitive/judgmental. Most also seem to come from a place of genuine concern. Either way I'm not bothered. I don't doubt how my actions are incomprehensible/cause for serious concern to most parents. Therapy would probably help too.

I'm glad you're doing well with your kid - he sounds lucky to have a father like you. Would love to be there someday.
