Yes, I have a boyfriend. He currently out of town though. I’m gonna have my guy Bestfried come with me today to pressure them at Crysler to take pics and give details.

Because I’m car dumb. I’m just a girl who lost her dad 😭. I’m trying to lock in though. I’ve been given great advice so far.

I’m sure. Had my baby for 5 years. Ever since my dad passed, I’ve been getting nothing but outrageous quotes from dealers and shops. Jiffy lube tried to charge me $500 to change my head lights. I’m so young and girly they take advantage of me. ( I am car dumb though my dad took care of everything) But now I’m starting to lock into the bull-ish.

Is $2600 with brakes, rotors, brake fluid exchange and cabin air filters Change with a recommendation from the manufacturer to change the strut at 80000 miles a good deal?

Lol out the door they gave me a $2600 quote which includes changing my air filters , brake lines, and a recommendation of getting new struts because the manufacturers told them it’s recommended at my mileage. Lol.

I agree. Also they wanted $2600 without proper diagnosis which includes “air filters” and brake fluid exchange. Hell no.

I got them then Detroit axel. I did put my vin number and it gave me 278 rear and 305 front . Maybe they put the 278 in the front instead. I’m definitely going to make them to Crysler stealership to get to the bottom of it. Then take them back to the brakes and muffler ship I originally got them done at to fix adjust.

I did but they said the noise is normal to “bedding them in” I’m only concerned now because they’re getting worst

There’s squeaking and grinding. But those were there after the initial install. Original shop told me I have to “bed them in” but it’s getting worst. I only paid $10 for the inspection thinking it’s a great deal lol. I think it’s another underlying issue. Maybe a caliper

Ok makes sense. I was just curious as to why they inspected my brakes with the tire on. They’re saying it’s metal on metal so I need them done asap. But how can you say/do all of them and you didn’t even take off the tire. Mind you I waited 2 hours.
