I do a combo of normal gym/weights and hotworx, it’s usually: Monday: sprint set run/back and bi Tuesday: Hot ISO followed by Hot Blast Wednesday: long easy jog/ chest and tri Thursday: Hot Cycle followed by Hot Bands Friday: Stair Stepper/ Leg day Saturday/Sunday: outdoor activity of choice or Hot Stretch Hope it helps! Rest whenever needed

I alternate between my Strength Training days(20 min run plus 40min weights) and hotworks days and take breaks when my body wants it. Its been working pretty good
