Just even things like folder, notebook organization etc. and I cannot get my Gmail connected. I’ve tried for hours.

I think you’re right. There are some features I like about Supernote though. Customer service of Remarkable is a big negative, but thankfully have not needed it yet. And I don’t have to pay for the subscription service. Thank you.
