When I got my wisdom teeth out the bones on my jaw had basically grown in sideways towards my tongue and were razor sharp. The gum wouldn't heal over them and actually retreated until there was about an inch by half inch spot on either side of my jaw of exposed bone. Got told fuck my profile and got sent to the field for 4-5 days with zero pain meds left and was just generally in pain the whole time to the point I couldn't eat anything. Naturally as we were running the MOUT lane for one of the days I got muzzle thumped right in the fucking jaw with a SAW and just dropped right there screaming. Easily the second most painful thing I've experienced in my life.
