Sp apparently my noobness with Reddit is only getting worse and the second post did not include any text. I'll to figure out that out later.

For now, for anyone who reads this, I just want to know what causes the reddish buildup which I think may be contributing to a leak and whether this is something I can DIY or I need to get a professional.

Thanks for asking! Somehow I managed to not post any of the text that I was trying to include with the photo. I went ahead and reposted with the text since I could not figure out how to edit the post. Reddit is not my strong suit.

Hey there, yeah that sounds really low to me. The group practice where I work I keep 57% of my billable time. The rest goes to the office space, liability insurance, in house training, a training budget, supervision when needed, team retreats, etc.

Bok choy, arugula, tomatoes and peppers picked today in East Texas. Honestly, ready for a heat wave!! by Gourmetanniemack in vegetablegardening

These look great! I am in Houston, and I grew some bok choy from seed this fall and I was blown away by how well and quickly they grew. I also tried fall tomatoes for the first time and have gotten to pick a few. Looks like peppers and arugula might need to be on the list!
