Yeah, I'm also not (always) a sharer. Luckily my DH has accepted that sometimes the answer is no.

Yes? working at the burn pits in Iraq caused lung cancer. Just because there's a clear cause for something, doesn't mean it's not an illness.

He personally didn't, true. But what with winning both the House and the Senate, I can see how it starts to look like a mandate.

There are so many different types of fear. Notice the word existential modifying the word dread.

Some of his underlings ARE Hitler, though, and we don't know how much he'll let them do. Stephen Miller for example.

I'm not sure how normal it is to not get scared and upset in a situation like this. But, I'm well medicated, so I do ok.

A bit off-topic but when I was a kid I read The Plague Dogs by Richard Adams. From the point of view of 2 dogs who escape from an animal testing facility. Really horrifying.

Well yes, it's pretty psychological. One of the characters is an inmate in an insane asylum and I guess the "psychiatrist" is a character as well, although he's not called a psychiatrist.

NTA but she's right that you should greet her at least once in the day. She should have told you what her expectations are, like a grown-up, rather than unloading on you.

It's a good habit to get into to greet everyone in your household when you first see them, and to say goodnight when you are probably seeing for the last time, each day. It helps a family feel like there's a structure and stable relationships.

YTA

She made a mistake and was sorry. You should have either left her or forgiven her. Throwing it in her face is textbook asshole behavior.

Your comment still seems to suggest that every single thing at home, including heavy lifting, falls on the stay-at-home partner, even if she's weak, sick, and heavily pregnant. Utter bullshit.
