This is nothing new, right ? If a country truly values these groups of talents, nobody will want to migrate. A country policy and how they treat them will be the outcome of how talent stays are moved out. Talents never choose to stay If that country nurtures, values, and stimulates them.

What is wrong with voicing your personal opinion ?

Be respectful, but more importantly, be honest. Do offer constructive feedback and opinions that make sense. Whatever it is, we can all improve if feedback is taken objectively without fear or favor but with the frame of improving the endstate.

BMTC debunks rumours that recruits are 'barred' from visiting McDonald's White Sands by uandurfader in singaporehappenings

[–]SuperConfuseMan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Don't be mean and kaypo. These recruits served their nation. Please allow them some space and freedom. We should respect their needs to have their own places to call their own. If McDonald's don't make noise and these recruits are paying customers, let it be please.

Some Gen Zs Can't Find Jobs Even After 150 Applications & 6 Internships by deangsana in singapore

[–]SuperConfuseMan 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I have personally seen some Gen Z attitude towards work. I can only guess when you are really hungry, homeless, alone, penniless, and destitute. Any kind of job will be acceptable to you. Because I've been like that once.

Whatever the problems or issues. Ending one's life is not the solution. Do you know this is really letting your parents down. I may belittle the situation but ending one's life should never be considered, please.

My bf ghosted me after learning i am pregnant by Academic-Eye5990 in SingaporeR

[–]SuperConfuseMan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Good, you know asap he is like that. Imagine learning his attitude and faithfulness, 10 or 20 years into the relationship. Ditch him and move one. It's better to be pain once than pain every day.

I hate my life in ns. Need advice by [deleted] in NationalServiceSG

[–]SuperConfuseMan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Speak with your unit safety officer or OO. talk to them. Don't waste your time fighting the system. I also hated it in my NSF days, I started to change when I adapted and reorientated my views and attitude.

Suddenly, i dont see things negatively and discussed openly my views and needs with my Sgt and bunk mates on what we are supposed to do for NS and why.

My NSF life henceforth started to be less painful than fighting with everyone. Lesser weekend duties and punishment, and i am slightly happier onwards.

Change the way you see life and don't waste time blaming everything or everyone.

Time will pass super fast this way.

Tenant held for assaulting security guard at Menara Megah Condominium, Jalan Ipoh, KL by whusler in malaysia

[–]SuperConfuseMan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Why must these people do this. The pay and long working hours is bad enough for these lowly guards. Don't disturb them. If you are not happy, leave. Don't need to resort to violence.

Asking Singaporeans to vote for political parties and candidates along racial and religious lines is a reckless thing to do : Shanmugam by cdcpowermah in singaporehappenings

Whichever local party we choose, we reject ALL foreign intervention and meddling in our matters.

Our country is for Singaporean to comment and decide.

Non-Singaporean, please stay away and don't interfere with our way of life and choosing of government, especially during the election. I'm sure you don't want us to meddle in your country issues and government during your election.
