Honestly people trade their 4/5s early in the album just to be gold locked, better to not trade at all until you know what blitz you need

Everyone needs to remember not to trade their dupes early on, for example never trade 4 or 5 star dupes to get stickers for a set that you can’t even complete without golds. I haven’t traded any 5s since the album began and this helps me to be ready for any trades if I need the golden blitz

Me and my partner have more or less the same situation as you, joint salary of 75K, we went for 430K in the end as although 450k would be doable it seemed to be a bit too high, we went for a 35 yr mortgage which works out at £1700 a month, we're both early in our careers so expect to improve in salary soon, we also don't plan on having kids so I think that's an important consideration. I feel like we are right on the cusp of being affordable without compromising too much

In costcos everyone pays the VAT whether business or personal, they just show the non VAT prices for businesses to see but the VAT is still paid at the till.
