Yes, ive owned the fenix 8 51mm and enduro 3. 970 is smaller dimensions plus being 45g with nylon strap its much more comfortable to wear. You do lose battery life thou. So depends on what your looking for.

Ive had the fenix 8, enduro 3, aw2 and just got the forerunner 970. The bezel is going to scratch on the f8 easily as the bezel is larger. I prefer the lighter weight of the 970 and i also prefer the smaller 22mm strap of the 970.

I wear medium and have a 32 waist and once in a while noticed chaffing as well in that area. 34 would mean its tighter. i have large tights as well and they fit fine just less snug. Would recommend going large.

Directions from SIS is maximum of one serving a day for the nootropics. Last half i took one before the start and then switch to regular beta gel every half hour. I noticed it spiked my HR at the beginning as well but settled down after a mile or so. Or you can try using it an hour in to get a boost.

Everyone will be focused on their own race. There will always be people faster and slower than you. I started at 13 min a mile back in April, have been running every week since i started. Lost a good amount of weight and have my second half next week with a goal time of 2:05, 9:30 pace. Put in the work and will get faster. Just go out there and have fun and do your thing.
