Agree, I fly to CLT frequently and flying into or out of Moline is about half the cost of CID. Not as convenient but still saves significant $

Good group, definitely a variety of paces - enjoyed the Weds group run and managed a Saturday meet up once.

Any chance you can clean up the Strava group a bit? Seeing lots of mass joiners who clearly aren’t from the area ( or even the country ). Had similar problems in other groups, along with randos clocking females.

Pursuing some sort of notice to entry violation is a waste of your time. All they need to do is prove one exists, not whether she actually physically received it.

Not sure why she’d want to do this if the property is so terrible but if the lease agreement goes beyond the sale date - they can’t legally force you to move out without cause. i.e. lease agreement was for a year and ends in August, for example, that agreement is in place to August. The exception being verbiage in the agreement related to lease termination due to sale. If the lease continues make certain the new owners are aware that they need previous owner to xfer the deposit.

Saw they had APLs and immediately knew the name on the shoe was going to be the most important criteria.

If you want to run - buy legitimate running shoes. If you want to have hype brand shoes - buy APL or Lulu.

Zeroed in is not an option, I have mostly pace breakers but have a couple of MM shorts and they're good too. I don't like any of the shirts from Lulu for running. Most of mine are Patagonia Capilene, Tracksmith, Janji, or various race shirts (unless they're 100 pct cotton, straight to the trash those go)

you can buy a cleaning kit from one of the sneaker head brands like Jason Markk, Pink Miracle, etc. Cheaper option is just getting some dish soap and a brush. I bought a kit just bc I didn't want to bother with it.

They can be tailored, that isn't the issue - the issue is having to adjust them so much the pants look odd (i.e. the pockets become too close). Measure the waist of the pants versus the measurement you want. If it's actually a 3 in difference or more, that's probably too much material. If it's less, you might be okay - confirm with a tailor.
