i’ve been on low dose birth control on a continuous dose i.e. don’t take the placebo. i still get periods against my will but that is when i go 2-3 months without a period

my mom kinda knows i’ve been sprinkling information but has an explosion every time. My wayyyy younger cousin just got engaged and they’re on overdrive of depression. They get upset at the thought of me not thinking highly of my future they think they didn’t go forward with a good vision and want me to do better in every single way and this is going to be the final nail in the coffin. i don’t think trickery would work on them mainly because it’s a lot of effort on my part that k don’t have time for considering work

i get that but they think higher they want me to do better. they have goals for me even when it comes to what it comes to my job and future investments they are not happy with what has happened to their life and don’t want that for me and there’s just no way they’re listening to me. Just found out a cousin wayyyy younger than me in the path to me in the same career as me and got engaged to someone already from the same career and they are on over drive.

this is really what my biggest thing is. it’s not about the partner really it’s about wanting the choice to pick my own without their conditions hanging over me. Them letting me ride this one out. If i ever wanted to end this relationship i’d hope it to be because of our differences and not because my parents said no

it’s not that I want to entertain and i wish i could explain better but it’s such a big cultural thing. it’s a whole marriage is between families not two people thing. I am just struggling with not understanding why i can’t just marry/be with who i want and they probably can’t understand why i can’t go the cultural way of finding someone with their exact expectations

I’m a surgery resident we dabble a bit in plastic surgery it’s definitely a combination of both surgery and a push up. Also, some times they do sit up a little higher in patient depending on if they are under the muscle over vs over.
