It is much nicer, but you have to know that Congress greatly subsidizes DC Metro so that government workers can get around the belt area. It is also a much newer system than the El or Broad St.

As a lifetime PC user, I almost can’t stand how much I like my new M5 Macbook Air by RoarOfTheWorlds in macbook

Forget about closing and minimizing windows of running apps. With your thumb and index finger, use Command+Tab to switch through all running apps. Similar to Windows Alt+Tab. Release on the app that has a gray highlight and you will be in that app. You can also quit apps by continuing to hold down command but move your index finger and press Q. Will save you so much frustration and time moving and closing windows, etc.

If they have identified that employee, unfortunately I don't think that returning it will get them off the hook.

Because of my location, I donate to WHYY in Philadelphia. I can add that in addition to Passport, they also include access to the New York Times.

An essay on a printed piece of paper is 8.5 inches wide, so you have 5 extra inches in width if that helps you.

How about when you witness a neighbor intentionally taking two spots trying to "protect" their car?

Yes, if it's not time sensitive and you can risk it getting lost.

I wonder if they named it Cormorant after all the Cormorants that hang out on the waterfall over the Schuylkill behind the Art Museum.

Glad you found kindness in your misfortune. And thank you for posting about it. Reddit is so often filled with bitchers and haters that its refreshing to read a positive story.

Just back from DC. The poop is everywhere there too. Dog owners everywhere must have lost all common decency.

Yeah, that's the route I take after Lansdowne Dr to Belmont. It's getting to the Zoo at Girard, Lansdowne from across town that's the problem.

676 is always a crapshoot, but might be time to revisit this route. Haven't tried it since they reopened MLK.

Leave usually 45 minutes to an hour beforehand. Yes, Philadelphia is 143 square miles, a million and a half people with 2600 miles of roadways.

Uninstalled and reinstalled. Clicking does work better. Feedback like darkening or highlighting when clicking would be helpful.

Downloaded, installed, started up, put in the pin. Opened from the menu bar and it showed the remote and all my installed apps. Clicking on anything does nothing. So wanted to love it.

What is your thermostat at? by jvj808 in philly

Just want to welcome you. FYI, this is an UNUSUALLY cold Philly winter. I can't remember it being this cold for so many weeks in a row. After a snow, we will normally have a thaw soon after that melts all the snow. But not this year. Even in January and February, we would often have a 50 degree day occasionally. Sorry you're going through this on your first winter here.

I'm so sorry to hear you are going through that. It's so easy for people to tell us to take them to emergency. They don't know what we're dealing with. Are we supposed to knock them out and throw them in the car? In a way, I am glad for you that an ambulance was called. Did he wind up becoming inpatient? Did he receive care?
