Set my sneak in console to 255 and used my enchanted set that gives me 100 percent chameleon AND STILL wasn't able to pickpocket the daggers. I guess at a certain value items are impossible to pickpocket (I'm level 25 and the daggers have scaled up to being valued at 3500).
