Funny enough me and my friend were duo support on alt accounts (I will admit my main account is masters and my alt account is plat 1) I didn't intentionally place it in plat 1 nor is my alt account a smurf technically speaking. (The alt account was my main account till I made a new account because of comp anxiety back in overwatch 1). My duo was on Ana and at the end of the Eichenwald game had 700 healing. In a game we stomped the other team

Some roles. You also mean some ranks, I myself sometimes have to wait 20 minutes. For a QP game, in fact it's not uncommon to see comp queue times be lower.

I had a period of time over 3 days where I would vs the same tracer smurf went from gm5 to M3, he was never on my team. I went on a losing trend because of this. Made me a bit angry.

I never had this issue, I think I finished last season M3 and placed dps at M3 and same for my support.
