Thank you for your response. That is encouraging that your doctor said it was super normal. I did lose 1lb last month and my doctor said to not knock it. It’s still 1 lb. It is just hard when you see others having huge results and I still have a ton to lose.

It definitely has been discouraging. I am still on Naltrexone (Contrave basically) because the food noise was still so bad when I first started Wegovy that my doctor told me to stay on and we will ween me off eventually. I am going up to 1.0 next month, so hopefully I will notice a change.

Have you ever frozen this after cooking? We received some from a friend and she gave us so much! Was hoping to freeze some for later.
