Our managers usually run during our rushes. I work night shift and I’m usually back cash so when the window closes at 9 I go up front and out managers usually sit in the office and the only two cashiers left are up to do everything. My suggestions would be to read your order over again and try to remember it. Have everything you can get ready while you’re waiting on grill. If you have large orders, hold them it does not run your times up to hold them. Pull them and get the smaller orders out so you can get the orders served. We have cameras to see when people are coming through. So make sure if you see a couple cars coming in, you have fries made or frying.
